  •  Train & Develop “the big 3” – Squat | Bench | Deadlift
  •  Eating for performance and body composition
  •  How to train for body composition goals using strength

Train under the guidance of coaches with years of competitive lifting and coaching experience in powerlifting, bodybuilding and with top level athletes.

The STRONG Classes are...

  • Tuesday:  6:30pm
  • Wednesday: 6:30pm
  • Thursday: 6:30pm
  • Saturday: 10am

You're also welcome to take part in all of our Bootcamps & Mobility/Stretching classes as well -  for no extra cost
