Our bootcamps are for those who wish to come experience the HOP training and rub shoulders with some of our amazing clients! The sessions are an hour long and are scaled to all types of fitness levels so come down and train with us - you'll fall in love with the place we promise!
Open Gym
$45 per week
Self-coached or have your own external coach but want to utilise our gym and equipment. This membership gives you the option to use our space as a 24 hour gym! Train amongst our awesome community of like-minded people!
Lifters Club
$60 per week
The Lifters Club provides challenging but enjoyable training scaled to all levels of fitness and ability. There is always a coach on the floor along with plenty of other members who'll be motivating and encouraging you to reach your goals as well. Highly enjoyable and the added value of UNLIMITED Classes per week!
Elite
$75 per week
Are you looking for something more? Personalised programming + the added accountability to target specific goals! Can be utilised in various ways including strength progression, body composition, sports specific, nutrition guidance and/or Competition Prep! Go to the next level with guaranteed results!
