If you're after a more detailed and personal service then we recommend seeing us one on one. This would be better suited towards professional athletes, figure competitors or those with extensive injuries that would like their training managed with a little more detail and supervision.

 

Lifters Club

The Lifters Club provides challenging but enjoyable training scaled to all levels of fitness and ability. There is always a coach on the floor along with plenty of other members who'll be motivating and encouraging you to reach your goals as well. You will be sweating and smiling -  a lot.

Casual

($20 Per Session)

Our bootcamps are for those who wish to come experience the HOP training and rub shoulders with some of our amazing clients! The sessions are an hour long and are scaled to all types of fitness levels so come down and train with us - you'll fall in love with the place we promise!
